All restumping quotes are free except under the following circumstances where a $220 fee will be incurred:

• If you are getting a quote for restumping as part of your pre-purchase inspection and/or due diligence.
• If the property owner unable to attend site to meet our estimator

The $220 price is fully refundable if you proceed with works.

Restumping quotes don’t require plans or engineering. In most cases, all that is required is an onsite meeting with the client to assess the areas that require repair. Most restumping quotes average at around $500 per stump and it’s usually what you’ll be quoted when discussing prices over the phone. However, it should be noted that this is a base amount in most instance.
